Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions are created to protect both you and Morocco Travel Click a Morocco Online Tours company.
To reserve your tour/tours a 30% deposit of the total amount is required for your reservation via our website. The remaining balance payment is due in cash in our office in Morocco on the day of your tour.
We will send you a confirmation email with all the details of your tour. Once we have received your deposit and your booking is confirmed.
We are using Stripe as our payment provider – it’s also used by the biggest companies in the world like Amazon, Deliveroo, ASOS, John Lewis to name a few.
Stripe accepts a wide range of credit/debit cards
Critical reason we are using Stripe is the credit card data entered on our payment form is never sent to our server. Instead, the data is sent directly to Stripe.
Why is this so important?
- Automatically PCI compliant because we don’t handle any sensitive credit card data on our servers.
- More secure because a breach of our servers won’t result in any stolen credit card data.
- We’re not tempted to store credit card data on our servers
We must receive a document in writing to inform us of your cancellation. An email is sufficient. If there is no show or late cancellation then you will lose all of your deposit
In case of modification, cancellation by the client, the card will automatically be debited as follows (via the intermediary of the online payment secured system).
– From 30 until 15 days before your tour date: you will lose 20% of your total deposit
– From 15 until 7 days before your tour date: you will lose 50% of your total deposit
– Less than 7 days before your tour date: you will lose 100% of your total deposit
Morocco Travel Click website is part of Morocco Online Tours – reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the safety of the travellers may be compromised. Very rarely, we may be forced by fire, adverse weather conditions, threatened war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, and all similar events outside our control, to change or cancel your tour.
This is extremely unlikely but if this situation does occur, we will offer a total refund less non-refundable payments made to the local suppliers.
If you have any complaints whilst on the tour please speak to your tour guide who will be happy to assist you.

The information asked from the client during the booking is necessary to processing the data and communication with the agency in a secured method. The client has the right to access and rectify the respective data.
